To strengthen abdominal muscles, follow these steps:

To start with the first exercise is easier:-

Exercise 2:-

Exercise 5:-

Exercise 6:-

Exercise 7:-
Keep head lifted hands tangled up Chin to chest level with your legs and thighs and move the body back right and back north.

Exercise 9:- same as previous exercise but with full back-angled legs two to the abdomen while maintaining position arms.
